Simply fantastic! Million-dollar views of the sea from our room, and an open area right outside to enjoy the sea breeze and cold air. The resort has been the most accommodating to our requests, and the staff there are very nice and polite. Special thanks to Wendy who made everything easy for us. She can speak English as well, along with other staff who can speak Mandarin. Overall a great stay and we look forward to coming here again. Also, breakfast by the cafe was delicious and of high standards (see pictures). We really enjoyed the coastal walk along Gwakji just right outside the resort.

Due to severe weather conditions, all ferries from Udo Island were cancelled, making it impossible for me to reach the hotel. I immediately requested my Udo accommodation to contact the hotel, which they did. I was advised to obtain a confirmation letter from the Ferry Office, which I submitted to the hotel manager the following day. Unfortunately, he was unaware of the matter and unable to assist, directing me instead to the head office in Jeju.
As a visitor with bookings already made outside of Jeju City, I could not go there. I also reached out to Trip.com via email but have not yet received a response. The booking exceeded 2000 RMB, and I sincerely request that my case be reviewed for possible reimbursement or resolution.
* I have the official letter from the Ferry Office as evidence, if required.
