Not bad. The room was spacious, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The place is so nice. Near some of jeju tourist attractions and very convenient and price to service. Not clean some of the parts in the room but it still okay

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Could not flush the toilet bowl. Imagine what's gonna happen if you cannot flush the toilet bowl. I tried to contact the owner. I sent gmail. But there was no reply. I sent a message through trip.com. But there was no reply. I stayed here for 3 nights. But I didn't see anybody at the reception. There was only one way to contact the owner. It's Korean phone number. I only have Japanese phone number. So It's gonna be an international call. Anyway, if nothing happens, it's ok. But if something happens like they don't change the towel, which happened, there's no way to contact the owner

Pc is not working and there is no breakfast

Near airport easy check in person at the front speaks English so it wasn't difficult to understand check in process. I did last minute booking and late arrival almost 12 am and I was still able to check in foreigner friendly big and spacious place!

The location was very good but very poor service and dirty, also bed conditions damage can't sleep well.

Very terrible check in process! The Cust service lady (Liu) required us to pay extra cash for 3rd person during on webcam communication with her, which we have fully paid through TrIp.com for 3 adults with breakfast! Luckily we managed to contact TrIp.com about this extra changes things required by hotel, trip.com have confirmed our booking is fully paid, and Trip.com called twice to the hotel, then settled! It took an hour wasted just waited the clarification process!Beware of these kind of scam !!!! Will not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives for sure !!!

Oho, there are many delicious restaurants around here, Dongmun Market is nearby, transportation is good, it's quiet at night, and the guides are friendly. The meat at the back of Seomun is really delicious.

It was incredibly rude and dirty. It really pissed me off. The owner yelled and got annoyed over nothing. It was so frustrating and disgusting. I wanted to report it to the police.

Pros: Great location near the city center and the waterfront. Grocery stores and other amenities are nearby. The staff was helpful with all questions. Cons: Old room. No hot water. The floor had a strange surface that was unpleasant to walk on. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned in a while. Modest breakfast. It's okay for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a few days.
