The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Opening the curtains revealed a breathtaking ocean view, which was so therapeutic. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; it's very convenient for visiting Chilseong-ro Shopping Street and Dongmun Market. There's also a supermarket and convenience store right next to the hotel. A taxi ride to the airport only takes about 10 minutes.

The location is convenient, right by the sea. I happened to visit during a snowfall, and the snowy landscape was beautiful, but it was too cold. The only downside was that the front desk staff weren't very friendly; otherwise, everything else was great.

This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, shopping areas, the famous Black Pork Street, and many seafood restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and the water pressure is great, but there are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or disposable slippers provided. The front desk staff's English proficiency is average; for more in-depth questions, we had to use a translation app to communicate effectively. However, everything else was fantastic!

The hotel is very clean and accessible. Room is also very spacious. Its near to the black pork street and some shopping areas! Indoor parking is free but limited. There’s free outdoor parking near the hotel too. Near Jeju airport too, would recommend!!

Excellent location with a mart at the lobby and 7E just around the corner of the hotel. Hotel staff always polite. Check in and out was a breeze. Just that parking is very tight and always full in the evenings.
