A decent, standard hotel. It's pretty good and quite clean. You can't go wrong with a brand like this, so it's perfectly fine for a casual stay. The hotel is right by the sea and very close to Dongmen Market and other attractions, all within walking distance.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the sashimi street and black pork street. There's a metro station within a five-minute walk and an Emart within ten minutes, making life very convenient. The service attitude is also quite good, and communication in English is fluent. There are discounts for coffee and fried chicken when you check in. The room size is also quite spacious. The only drawback is that the bathroom sink drains incredibly slowly, making washing up a real hassle.

The front desk staff could communicate in English, and parking was convenient. It was very windy by the sea, and the lounge chairs by the pool were blown into the water. Breakfast was delicious, with fragrant coffee, a noodle station, and ice cream. It's just a few steps to Qixing Street, where you can find everything for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room was spacious, and the toiletries were of good quality.

Room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is really spacious too. Our room checkin time was 3pm, but since there were room available, they let us check in at 12pm+. Located just in front of the sea, it was quite chill and there were live performances and gs25 just below the hotel.

I booked a corner room with an ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the view from our room, and I could see the sunrise from the side window.

Excellent location, only 15 minutes away from airport and driving distance to the East, South and West of Jeju Island. OKCar rental 10 minutes away. Room was extremely clean, service was decent and shower was hot. On the last night, there were stains on the hotel sheets but the hotel staff rectified this immediately. Parking is plentiful nearby, and walking distance to the night market. Very good value for money, location very good, and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a stay.

Very close to the airport, which was convenient for a late check-in. It's also near plenty of dining options. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. A special mention goes to the large supermarket right next door and a convenience store across the street. Being right by the beach, the location is excellent.

The room isn't huge, but the ocean view and sea sunrise are great! Surprisingly, none of the front desk staff at this Jeju hotel spoke Chinese. Also, there are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There's a convenience store nearby though.

The room is clean. The location is perfect, 5-10 mins walk to the Chilseong-ro Shopping Town. And there’s a convenience store next to the hotel

The sea view room was indeed beautiful, but upon opening the door, there was a strong musty smell, probably due to dampness from being by the sea. The hairdryer was dusty, clearly indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and inspection by housekeeping. This hotel mostly caters to tour groups and airline crew. The fried chicken at the 1st floor BBQ restaurant was terrible, not comparable to BHC at all, and the service was poor. It opens at 8 PM, and when I went at 8:15 PM, I was told all the drumsticks were sold out, only chicken pieces were left. Selling out so soon after opening made me feel like they didn't want to do business.

This hotel is popular with flight attendants, and the hygiene is good. It also has a pool, so kids can splash around during leisure time. I booked a room with breakfast, and I think it was pretty good; it had everything you'd expect!

The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor, with no sea view. My mom said the front desk was taking advantage of Chinese guests, as all foreigners were given rooms on the 6th floor. They offer free boogie boards. The pool has limited hours, from 3 PM to 9 PM. Toothbrushes need to be purchased separately, so I recommend bringing your own. Also, if you lose your room card, you'll have to pay 10,000.

Traveling with kids, the room wasn't huge, but the two 1.5-meter beds were a good size. However, there were quite a few downsides to our stay. The female staff at the front desk were perfunctory and cold. What really stood out was the fire alarm suddenly going off early in the morning while we were still asleep. This was a first for me, and it completely disrupted our rest. Rushing to get dressed and run downstairs left us feeling very unsafe during our stay. It happened twice during our two-night stay. On the bright side, the nearby sea is lovely and the transportation is convenient.

great location , friendly staffs. facilities are standard. would have been nice to have a disposable toothbrush :)and some flexibility on pool usage experience with free towel usage instead of renting it out.
