This hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located downtown, with a convenience store and bus stop right downstairs. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which was really helpful. They even let us try on Hanbok and styled my hair, which was a fun experience! The hotel environment is pretty standard, but the excellent service definitely makes up for it.

Mediocre experience overall. The front desk service needs improvement, and they didn't provide disposable slippers. The location is quite convenient, being close to Baojian Road downtown. I probably won't choose to stay here again; the overall experience was just average.

Overall, it's a great hotel and I'm very satisfied. Booking the bathtub room didn't cost much more than the standard room, and it was definitely the right choice – the bathtub is large and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing soak. The bathtub room also comes with a spacious and open terrace, which is lovely. Cleanliness: There's nothing to fault regarding hygiene; it's quite clean, trash was emptied promptly, and towels were replaced. The front desk staff are Korean Chinese (Chosun-jok) and communication in Chinese was seamless. From the airport, you take one stop to Sunshine Hotel, then a short uphill walk brings you right to it. Shopping, convenience stores, and duty-free shops are all within walking distance. I'll likely stay here again next time I visit Jeju Island. I noticed the hotel was listed on Ctrip's top hotels a couple of years ago but isn't anymore. I think the only minor drawbacks might be related to check-in times and the provision of toiletries like toothbrushes. While adapting to local customs is something every guest should do, I believe the hotel could make a bit more effort to cater to Chinese guests within its capacity.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, though most Korean hotels require you to bring your own toiletries. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Environment: Good soundproofing, quiet surroundings, and the room wasn't cold. Service: The front desk staff spoke Chinese and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciate.

2nd time booking here. After 4 nights we go Busan, come back also stay back this hotel cos very nice and convenient to airport.

Facilities: The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but everything else is provided. Location: Very convenient, close to the airport, just one bus stop away. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Shilla Duty-Free. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Service: There's a staff member who speaks Chinese, so no worries about communication.

The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's also really close to bus stops and easy to hail a taxi. The hotel name is in Chinese, so it's simple to find, and the staff are all great.

The room is spacious and the hotel's location is good, with plenty of amenities nearby. However, the hygiene was quite disappointing; there was a lot of hair on the floor, and the floor itself was very dirty. The sheets had a damp, stinky foot odor. The front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, had a stern expression throughout.

Booked this stay using points, and the value for money was outstanding. We were a party of three and stayed for three days; daily housekeeping was provided, and we were very satisfied. The hotel's central location is excellent, with a convenience store and a pedestrian street right downstairs, which was incredibly convenient.

The room felt relatively new, but it was incredibly dim inside, even darker than the bathroom. I later found out that several light bulbs were broken and not working. When I immediately went to the front desk for help, the first thing they said was, 'That's just how the lights are.' After repeated questioning, they finally admitted it was evening and they'd repair it tomorrow, but they wouldn't offer a room change. Really terrible! Really terrible service! The room stated a 3 PM check-in, and they wouldn't let you check in even a minute earlier. It's confusing that this hotel, run entirely by people from Northeast China, also charges agent fees. There were no disposable toothbrushes either. I've stayed in many Korean hotels where they might not proactively provide them, but they always have disposable toothbrushes available if a guest needs one. The service at this place is just not good.

The hotel room is very old, and the facilities are even older. I barely slept for two nights straight. There was a lot of noise at night, and I couldn't fall asleep until 5 or 6 in the morning. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I've never slept in such an uncomfortable hotel before.

Pretty good overall. It offers excellent value for money. While there were a few minor slip-ups, which is understandable, they were very helpful when I needed assistance. So, I'm generally satisfied. I forgot to take pictures.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to both Shilla Duty Free Shop and Baojian Road, and with a bus stop right next door, getting to various attractions is a breeze. It's also just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. The bathroom, in particular, still had noticeable amounts of uncleaned rubbish and waste paper. The hotel facilities were also rather basic. The light control in my room was broken, and despite being told it would be repaired, it remained unfixed until my check-out. This made the room quite dim throughout my stay. On the positive side, the service was good. The owner is Chinese and speaks fluent Mandarin, which was very helpful for communication for Chinese guests.
