I had a comfortable and relaxing stay during my Jeju business trip. Even though it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, quiet, and the water pressure was excellent. I especially appreciated that the front desk was operational 24/7, even during a holiday. The only minor drawback was the loud sound of doors opening and closing. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was very close to the airport. It offered great value for money and was a great choice for a trip to Jeju Island. Highly recommended!

Overall, the facilities are clean and quiet, which is nice. The price is reasonable, and the facilities are adequate. I'd definitely return. However, the cable TV sound is incredibly loud, even at level 1. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else.

Every time I climb Hallasan, I always stay near City Hall. This is my second time staying at Line. Being near City Hall, it's conveniently located for public transportation, making it perfect for backpackers. The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly. The only downside was a strange noise coming from the toilet, which was a bit annoying when I was sleeping. Aside from that, everything was great. I'm planning to book this place again this month when I'm hiking Hallasan with friends.

Upon check-in, hair and body hair were found on the toilet and sink. The assigned room is located close to the adjacent building, so it is dark with no sunlight. The window faces the building across the street, and one of the two windows lacks blackout curtains or blinds, allowing residents of the adjacent building to be visible or light to enter at night.

The room was spacious, overall clean, and the bed was good, but the heating was weak, the bathroom was relatively small, and there was no bidet, which was inconvenient.

The location was good, but the parking was a bit small. I think it would be nice if they cleaned it a bit more.

The room was clean and the hotel was newly renovated, making it a very comfortable stay. There are small restaurants nearby, but no breakfast options. It seems Jeju locals don't eat out for breakfast, and there aren't any breakfast shops on the street. The commercial and shopping district is about a 25-minute bus ride away, and the eastern and western tourist attractions are easily accessible, about an hour away by bus.
