Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino

An established five-star hotel that's decent but a bit dated in decor. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. It's super convenient, only an 8-minute taxi ride from the airport! You can walk to Shilla Duty-Free Shop, Baogian Road, and Qixing Road, which are all about 1km away.

The service here is top-notch, definitely a five-star. However, the facilities are a bit dated, showing its age as an older hotel. On the bright side, its location near Baojian Road is incredibly convenient. It's just a ten-minute walk to the duty-free shop, and there are a few convenience stores right outside the door.

Still very satisfied with my second stay here; the overall experience was great. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, making communication smooth and hassle-free. The location is superb, within walking distance to Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for exploring and eating out. The shower has excellent water pressure and ample hot water, which is very refreshing. It's great value for money, perfect for friends visiting Jeju for shopping and sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I always give good reviews. The service was excellent, truly excellent. All hotel staff were very friendly. They even offer airport shuttle service, and for the drop-off, they used a Mercedes-Benz GL8! On a different note, I found the room to have a strange vibe. The mirror was facing the bed, and the facilities were quite old. You can make of that what you will.

The hotel generally had a high occupancy rate. We were able to store our luggage, and the staff's service attitude was quite good. Jeju Island's scenery is definitely worth praising!!!

For my trip to Jeju, I chose the Sunshine Hotel and had a great experience! 👍 The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride costing around 5,700 Korean Won. The front desk has several staff members who speak Chinese, making communication very easy. On our second day, we asked a kind lady at the front desk to help us call a taxi for our outing, which was super helpful! 👍 My two sisters and I opted for a triple room, which had three single beds and was very spacious and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the hotel breakfast – it was clean, quiet, and had a good variety of basic options. For our return trip, we took the 11:35 AM free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. All we had to do was inform the front desk in advance, which was incredibly convenient!

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, making travel easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. The overall environment was quiet, and the hygiene was good. It offers good value for money, and I had a very satisfactory stay. I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Pretty good overall! The front desk staff also speak Chinese. The room is very spacious! Downstairs there's a whole street of restaurants, and nearby you can find convenience stores and Olive Young, so shopping and dining are super convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's not in the busiest part of town, but it's only about an 8 or 9-minute walk to Baojian Road, and the duty-free shop is also within walking distance. This made shopping and dining incredibly convenient.
