On the second night of our stay, at 11 PM, someone started knocking on our door. My child and I were already asleep. The knocking wouldn't stop, and it was a man. He used his phone to play a translated message saying he was from the front desk. When I opened the door, he claimed there were bloodstains on the bed and demanded 100,000 Korean won in compensation. I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out. Then I realized it was from my child scratching their eczema during the day due to the heat. I can understand having to pay for damages (though I've never encountered this in Japan). As soon as I checked into this hotel, I found it incredibly dirty inside, lacking any attention to detail, truly comparable to a hostel, and there were even cockroaches (which explains why every room had insect repellent). He immediately asked for 500 RMB. A warning to ladies who are menstruating: remember to wear extra pants or wash any stains quickly the next day. In the end, he said we could discuss the price with the manager tomorrow morning. Worried about the language barrier, I asked Trip.com to mediate, and thankfully, they handled it well. The front desk was very small; it's essentially one hotel but with three different hotel names at the reception. The location is decent, a 5-minute walk to the duty-free shop. The air conditioning sounds like a tank engine, incredibly loud. Regardless of whether it's a twin or double room, they only provide one key card. The hallway is very dark, and the door doesn't have a security chain, so young women should be careful.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's about a 5-minute walk to both Shilla Duty Free and Baojian Road, making it very convenient for getting around. Taxis can even stop right at the entrance! The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Honestly, the bed here was even more comfortable than the one at the Grand Hyatt where I stayed later.

This hotel shares a lobby with another hotel, and the lobby was full of luggage. We had to rely strictly on the Trip.com map to find it. The front desk staff could communicate in basic English, and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. The hotel is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops and other shopping areas, as well as convenience stores and many restaurants. The hotel environment is average, but the room rate is not expensive, offering decent value for money. However, the hallway lights were very dim at night.

The room is in the city center, very close to the airport. You can see the airport from the room every day, and the planes taking off and landing are a beautiful sight. The airport is by the sea, so you can also enjoy the blue ocean view. Eating and shopping are also very convenient, with a convenience store right outside, perfect for grabbing breakfast and fruits daily.

What happened to the front desk staff? Did they have a terrible day or something? They kept rolling their eyes and smirking at us Chinese guests. Don't they know who pays their salary?

High floor, great view when the weather is good, you can see the airport in the distance. The room is quiet, but the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel location is excellent, convenient for shopping and dining.

Excellent, excellent! The environment is great, the room is very spacious, and everything is super clean. The hotel front desk service was fantastic. It's also very close to the city center. Jeju Island is incredibly beautiful and stunning; I definitely want to come back again!!!!

This hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to duty-free shops for some retail therapy. It's also super convenient for getting around, with the airport just about a ten-minute drive away. Plus, there's a CU convenience store right around the corner, just a left turn downstairs.

This is my second stay here. The room is spacious, very quiet, and conveniently located close to the airport for easy travel. I stayed for two nights, and only paid for breakfast once at check-out, which was quite good. Everything else was perfect, except for the slightly small shower room. 👍

Facilities: Great! The room even has a mini-fridge, so I could store yogurt bought from the convenience store. The hotel provides slippers and power outlets that work with Chinese chargers, so I didn't need to bring an adapter. Cleanliness: Very clean. The staff cleaned daily and made the bed. Environment: No noise at all. There's a CU convenience store, a 7-Eleven, and a BBQ fried chicken restaurant right downstairs. An Olive Young is just a short walk away. It's also very close to Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops, all within walking distance.

This hotel feels like two properties pieced together. Its location is quite convenient, right on Baojian Road and in the Laohengdong area. There was a damp smell upon entering, probably due to the carpets, and the shower head dripped all night. However, considering the price, these were tolerable issues. What really stood out was a rather plump woman at the front desk – her attitude was terrible. No matter what I asked, she claimed they didn't have it, and frankly, she seemed to have a discriminatory attitude towards Chinese people. On the other hand, the male staff member at the front desk was an absolute gem, very kind and easy to communicate with. As long as you avoid that one woman, you'll be fine; otherwise, she can really put a damper on your trip!

The room's location is very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants right outside, and it's a short walk to Shilla Duty-Free, Baojian Street, and Lotte. It's also not far from the airport. The hotel facilities are average, and the lighting is a bit dim.
