Facilities: Well-equipped Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, with daily housekeeping. Environment: City center, very close to Baojian Road. There's a CU and a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as a BBQ place. Service: Humble and polite service attitude.

This is a slightly older 4-star hotel. It's reasonably clean, and the location is quite good. If you turn right out of the hotel, it's about 500 meters to Shilla Duty Free Shop. If you turn left, it's 500 meters to E-Mart. There are also many restaurants in the alley next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The main street is right outside, making it easy to catch a taxi. The room has a small refrigerator and two bottles of mineral water are provided daily.

The air conditioning in the room was broken for the entire duration of our stay, but the hotel provided a fan which was very effective. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very polite.

Before I arrived, I was constantly checking reviews on Trip.com! But once I got here, it was much better than I expected!!! Not nearly as bad as some reviews made it seem! Too bad I couldn't book a deluxe double room. The front desk staff were two guys. The hotel's smoking area is right downstairs. It's only a few hundred meters walk to the bus stop, which is super convenient! For just over 400, I think the price is great 👍 Oh, by the way, the water pressure in the toilet is a bit weak, so if you have a lot of hair, washing it might be a bit annoying. Also, the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the hotel were a bit dirty, so if you mind, bring your own! And they don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes 🪥, but there's a convenience store nearby. An auntie comes to clean every day (you can choose whether to have your room cleaned or not!). Nothing ever went missing either. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the lobby. Even though there's no dedicated staff watching it, I don't think it'll get lost. Anyway, I left mine for a few hours and everything was still there when I came back. If I come to Jeju Island again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel! Recommended!!

Stayed at Hotel City — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient.

My family really loves this hotel, spacious room, breathtaking city views , near everywhere, theres a bus stop in front the hotel. You really need to stay in this hotel if you go to Jeju.

Location was ok. Having convenient store and Korean fried chicken. If only the attached wash area (washroom) has a curtain or door for privacy. Person who step out from shower room naked will be able to be seen by anyone who is near to wash area. Not very convenient for family or friends to share an open wash area.

It's just okay. It used to be cheaper, around 200 at its lowest. But with holidays and peak season, prices have started to climb. You can't smoke inside, or you'll get fined. You have to go downstairs to smoke.

this hotel has a few names on 3rd party booking apps (hotel with city, hotel with jeju, city with hotel). THE HOTEL DOESN’T PROVIDE BATH TOWELS. and they did not highlight this anywhere in the booking. they only provide you with face towels, so beware before booking. i have never encountered a hotel that doesnt provide bath towels, its absurd. room doesnt seem cleaned, found rubber bands left in the room on the carpeted floor (assuming it was left behind by the previous guest). room is dimly lit even with all the lights on. there is no safety lock from the inside of the room, so anyone with access can just enter your room easily. partition separating the balconies between the rooms has a horizontal panel hollowed out at the bottom, which seemed strange as someone could point their camera into your balcony, and even room and see what you were doing. bed was ok. room has a non smart TV, and 2 seats with a table for you to eat, other than that nothing amazing. there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. this place ruined the jeju experience for me. you’re better off with other hotels. i rarely leave bad reviews for hotels but i can’t stand this one. especially female travellers, please do not stay here

It's actully nice place as it is near the aiport. I guess I was lucky enough to get nice parking spot. The location is perfect as it is in a bus stop.

Hotel is located near city and airport. quite clean, toilet drainage a bit issue, water flow out. Parking is an issue as the operator only operate from 7:30 am to 11 pm. If need to leave early, will have issue

No amenities, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Luggages of guests were left unattended and unmanned on the ground floor- anyone could have come in and taken them away. Will not return for sure.

Room size is ok but lightings in the room is very dim and dark. Not recommended to book this place for family/friends cause the shower room is so tiny and there is no place to hang towel/clothes. Just outside the shower room is the common sink area which doesn’t have door. Towels given are so small it can’t be use to wrap around your body. The location of this hotel is good though, walking distance to lots of eateries, marts, etc
