Camphortree Hotel and Resort Reviews

Booked a royal suite for 6 pax. Suite came with 2 pax breakfast and additional breakfast cost 30k won. Suite was fairly clean on the 1st level but the 2nd level has a musty smell in the room and there were alot of long hair (possibly from previous guests) in the toilet. Stairs was also quite dusty. Suite came equipped with washing machine, dryer, plates and utensils.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel, but there was a guy with bangs at the front desk who had a bad attitude and was impatient the whole time!!! We didn't have many words to talk to each other, and he didn't even have a basic professional fake smile. He even said "talk to me"? On the contrary, the girl who checked me in had a good attitude and tried to express herself in Chinese with a smile on her face.

This is a great place for families of four or more to come together. It feels like a townhouse. Even the smallest family suit is very spacious. If the date is right, you can use it for around 100,000 won per day, and the yard, rooftop, spacious living room and room, cooking utensils, and large refrigerator were all nice. There was also a baby food store 5 minutes away, so it was nice to buy some. The water pressure in the shower was very strong, so you had to be a little careful. There was soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body, but there were no toothbrushing tools. There was a bidet in only one of the two bathrooms. Each house has a parking lot, so you can keep at least one car, and if you go to a larger room, the amount of parking space increases. Although many of the facilities were not operating, the breakfast buffet was 30,000 won per adult, so it was satisfactory value for money. If there is a downside, it would be good to keep in mind that the guests next door may hear you if they are noisy at night, and that there may be some bugs or insects nearby because there is a lot of grass.

I had a comfortable trip with my family. I stayed in the Royal Suite and there was nothing wrong with it. I plan to use it again next time I come to Jeju.

The hotel is very good. The family villa we booked not only has many rooms but also complete facilities. It is very suitable for family travel. The most important thing is to drive here. Because it is an exclusive villa, there are parking spaces. Driving will definitely be more convenient.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel except for the service. There was a heavy snowfall when we arrived at the hotel. There was only one waiter at the front desk. We, the old and the young, dragged our luggage to the room by ourselves in the heavy snow. But the room is very comfortable and warm, the snow scenery is unbeatable, and if you can drive by yourself, the price/performance ratio is very high!

The house itself is okay, but the surrounding transportation is inconvenient. The hotel is located in a corner. It is impossible to get out without taking a taxi. There is no shuttle bus in the hotel. After registering the information, the front desk gave us a map and let us find the house by ourselves. Just by walking, I saw that almost all the other guests came by car. If you don’t drive by yourself, don’t stay here! It’s more convenient to live in the city! There was no water or disposable utensils provided in the room. We had to go to the convenience store to buy them ourselves. The three of us could only eat instant noodles on the first night.
