Hotels in Hallim Park/Hyeopjae Beach, Jeju

This trip was planned for a quiet, solitary retreat, and while researching accommodations, I chose Sky Hotel because of the positive reviews. As expected, reviews from actual users are the real deal! 👍 ^^ I enjoyed two nights of comfortable relaxation, just enjoying myself. There's a simple, 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, where you can grab ramen or other quick fixes when you're feeling peckish. The place is also well-stocked with bread, strawberry jam, and a coffee machine, making it a convenient place for a quick breakfast. My Jeju trip was incredibly satisfying in every way, and the hotel played a huge role in it.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable!!! I chose the ocean view, but I could see the sea in the distance and had a comfortable stay. One thing that was disappointing was that there was nothing on the breakfast menu other than bibimbap, which was disappointing (a bibimbap restaurant). If you're going to visit Geumneung Beach, I highly recommend it.

This motel is a converted campground, seemingly with a BBQ area for grilling. It's located in a village off the main road, making it a bit tricky to find at night. But if you see a place lit up like a circus in the dark, that's it! The guy at the front desk was really nice and even messaged us in advance to ask for our arrival time.

My friend and I traveled together, and we purposely booked connecting rooms. It was so nice to have our own separate space! It's not soundproof, but we slept separately. There was a large dining table in the living room, which was great for late-night snacks! The air freshener in the hallways and lobby was so strong that it felt off-putting, but we went straight to our room and it was fine! The view was especially amazing! Watching the sunset was so relaxing... The parking lot is small! The entrance is also narrow, so if you're renting a large car, be careful. The prop shop in the same building has lots of cute items. I was very satisfied with everything and had a great stay!

It's a very good hotel if you're looking for a purely beach vacation, as there's not much to do there other than a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water and a wonderful park with unusual plants and animals. But the area is full of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (there's a 24-hour convenience store right in the hotel, which is very convenient). There's a common area on the rooftop where you can buy drinks and food 24/7. There's also a shared microwave and water heater. There's rarely a receptionist at the entrance, which isn't always convenient, but they offer self-check-in via a machine, so it's generally not a big deal. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and the park is 5-7 minutes away. The room was cleaned daily, and bottled water was also replenished daily (a special thank you for this; it's always nice to have water in your room). The room itself was very bright, with a panoramic window and a large bed. Everything worked perfectly.

The staff is wonderful 👍👍👍. The views are amazing 🤪🤪🤪👍👍👍💃💃💃🧖♀️🧖♀️🧖♀️🏊♂️👁👁💯. Everything is within walking distance. Except for the bus stop. And the main thing is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 30,000₩, and a transfer for 77,000₩. As you can see, a taxi is half the price. The smell of freshness, the sea, the trees. This is certainly not Busan, but a very, very good opportunity to relax and unwind.

The exterior is neat and stylish, the interior is especially suitable for the purpose of the accommodation, and since I went to see dolphins, the dolphin point is right in front. The friendly owner is very satisfied with everything.

Clean, comfortable room with a lovely view over the sea in a peaceful location! There are basic cooking facilities and instant noodles for free for breakfast. We also appreciated the free toiletries and water that they left for us. The couple running the hotel were so lovely and sweet!  It’s about a 15 minute walk to Hyeopjae beach so it’s not right in the centre of the town.

It's comfortable like home. Close to the beaches of Hyeopjae, Geumneung, Aewol. There are many tourist spots nearby. I happened to come in for a day and stayed for three days. 👍

The owners were friendly and nice. The facilities were a bit dated, but overall, they were clean. The bathroom, room, bedding, and kitchen were all clean and nice. There was no elevator, which was a bit of a hassle, but they even helped carry my luggage up to the third floor, which I appreciated. The third-floor room had a great view of the ocean and the sunset, which was nice. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Hyeopjae Beach.
