Our family's first trip was very nice. We went to Jeju from Mongolia. We are very happy that we left wonderful memories.😍😍😍

Facilities: A bit old Hygiene: Overall, it was okay. The bed sheets smelled smelly on the first night and asked the front desk to change them, which was quickly implemented. Environment: The location is very good, Hamdeok Beach is right outside the door Service: There is a boy with glasses at the front desk who speaks very good English, has a very good attitude and professionalism. Everything was great. I was so happy at this hotel. Except i wasn't happy with the shower. Could have been cleaned better before entering the room but that's about it. Please note that the pool opened at the 1st of June. That was a bummer because we booked the hotel for the pool, in case the weather wasn't good for the beach and it wasn't mentioned on Trip.com or at the hotel that it won't be operational. Definitely a great option for Hamdeok beach.

Scenery: I stayed in an odd-numbered hotel room with no sea view. But you can see the perfect sunset. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK!
