The owner has put a lot of thoughtful touches into the room's design. It's clean, tidy, and free of any strange odors. Plus, the place offers fantastic views, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. You could easily spend a whole day just unwinding here, even without stepping out.

This was my mother's first time traveling abroad, and we chose Malaysia. I hastily booked our first night's hotel just the day before we left. It's an apartment-style hotel with all the modern comforts, and as my mom put it, it felt just like home. The water dispenser offers hot, warm, and cold water, which was perfect for my mom who's used to drinking hot water. The view from the window was also lovely, highly recommended. Now for the main part – I really need to thank the host, a super warm-hearted Chinese lady. It had been a long time since I'd traveled internationally, and I hadn't been able to exchange Ringgit in China. When I arrived at the airport, I realized I couldn't withdraw any cash, and I completely panicked, trying not to show it in front of my mom. I messaged the host, and she immediately replied saying she'd bring some money the next morning. She exchanged the currency for me at the real-time rate. When she heard we wanted to go to Penang Hill, she even drove us to the foot of the mountain. After we checked out, I realized I'd left my neck pillow behind, and she drove it all the way to our new accommodation. All the food places she recommended in Penang were fantastic and very affordable, and I managed to try most of them. The host said she didn't help me much, but for someone traveling with an elderly person in a foreign country, it was an immense help. That's why I have such a great impression of Penang. The next time I visit Penang, I'll definitely stay at her place again, and I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Penang!

Stepping in, I immediately knew I'd made the right choice. It was so comfortable! The room was spotless, and the bedding was cozy. Best of all, the host was absolutely wonderful, preparing everything we could possibly need in the room beforehand.

The apartment was in good condition overall, and had all the essential facilities. The instant hot water dispenser was a pleasant surprise, and there was also a projector to watch all sorts of movies. For check-in, we just picked up the access control card and parking card from the mailbox in the lobby downstairs.

A really great guesthouse! It's clean and well-equipped, and the host is incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home!

The environment is comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. The host is incredibly dedicated and thoughtful, even providing a wide variety of complimentary snacks. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Penang!

This is truly the most thoughtful and attentive hotel I've stayed in recently. The facilities are excellent, fully equipped with every amenity imaginable (hair dryer, garment steamer, microwave, fridge...), I even spotted a curling iron, haha! The hygiene was superb; the room was spotless and tidy, and the projector in the living room made our evenings with friends incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to our wonderful hostess for her exceptional care and immense help during our trip to Penang. She took us out and treated us to delicious durian, took us to climb Penang Hill, and when she learned I liked the snacks in the room but didn't know where to buy them, she discreetly left a generous stash for me where we stored our luggage. She is truly wonderful, incredibly caring, and genuinely thoughtful. I highly recommend everyone to experience this! It truly felt like being cared for by family while away from home. So grateful ☺️. (It's a shame I didn't take photos of the room, so you'll just have to experience it for yourselves. It will definitely exceed your expectations!)

The owner was incredibly friendly and even reached out to us about our stay before we checked in. Our room was on a high floor with a fantastic view, and the rooftop offers a wonderful night view in the evening. The room was incredibly clean and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this as the top choice for anyone visiting Penang.
