Superb apartment, I wholeheartedly recommend it! Every detail has been thought of. Everything completely matches the description! The hosts are always available. The pool is clean and warm!

Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, with one super king-sized bed (1.8m) and two queen-sized beds (1.5m), perfect for families with kids. They even thoughtfully provided a tourist map, local food recommendations, board games, and swimming goggles!

Very good and satisfying. The facilities are complete, from a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, to even swimming goggles being provided. The location is also not far from the city center. However, the elevator can get a bit crowded during check-out times.

The rooms are pleasant, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. It's perfect for family vacations and groups of friends. I hope to use their services again next time.

My stay at this hotel was truly awful, and I have to complain about it. The price wasn't cheap at all, but the room was tiny and the overall environment was really poor. The hygiene issues were particularly severe – I actually saw cockroaches in the room, and the sheets, duvet covers, and bath towels were all unclean. I didn't feel comfortable using anything. The service attitude was also very bad. Communication was difficult, and when we encountered problems, they were basically unresolved. We couldn't stand it and checked out urgently after just one night. The hotel flat-out refused our request to cancel the booking, with a very unyielding attitude. Ultimately, it was Ctrip that stepped in to help resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful for their responsible attitude and efficiency as a large company. Overall, this hotel offers extremely low value for money. The facilities, hygiene, and service absolutely do not justify the price. The entire experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Seriously, avoid this place.
