The location is extremely inconvenient, you have to rely solely on taxis to get around. The toilet flush sounds like an engine, and the air conditioning is even louder. Motorbikes downstairs are incredibly noisy. This hotel offers absolutely terrible value for money. I don't know how Trip.com rated it. The front desk staff were unfriendly. Definitely do not stay here. Even taxi drivers have trouble finding it.

Excellent stay! The front desk is open 24/7, which is super convenient. They have a pool and a gym, so you can keep up with your workouts even when traveling. It's also pretty close to George Town, usually just a 15-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious and very clean.

Located near the Lotus market. Rooms are spacious but not much inside them. Furniture was old and cheap. Toilet was loud and took forever for the reservoir to fill up after flushing. TV was useless. I liked that no keycard was necessary for power. Internet speed was good. Pool was nice. Restaurant near the lobby. Had a difficult time exiting the gate as it wouldn't not rise to let cars out. Eventually the hotel staff figured it out. Wouldn't really recommend this tired facility.
