This stay was pretty good! The location is super convenient, and it's really easy to catch a taxi right outside. The building has a pool, which my kids absolutely loved – it gave them something fun to do. The room was clean, and the overall environment was pleasant. Communication was smooth; we could easily contact them via WeChat, and any issues were handled quickly. It was also quiet at night, so our sleep wasn't disturbed. All in all, a good experience. Penang's food is fantastic! We'd definitely come back again.

There are plenty of Chinese restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There was always a security guard in the lobby. My companions were all very satisfied, and the overall experience was great, definitely worth recommending.

The decor is very new, and everything was spotless. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is handy, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Getting around by taxi was also very easy.

Accommodation: The room can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two. Simple cooking utensils are provided, including a rice cooker, making it convenient to prepare meals. The washing machine comes with a dryer function, which is very handy. The entire apartment complex feels secure, requiring a key card for entry. Additionally, the hotel's 9th floor features a swimming pool and fitness facilities, sufficient for basic workout needs. Surrounding Facilities: There's a bus stop right across from the hotel with routes to the ferry and George Town. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket and a food night market, as well as several small eateries to grab a meal. Overall, a good experience.
