관리가 잘 안되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 청소상태도 일부 좋지 않았고 조식 뷔페가 07:30부터라는 안내문 보고 갔더니 식당에 자물쇠 걸려있고...헛웃음이 나더군요. 이런 부분은 동네 슈퍼보다도 운영상태가 미흡하다고 느꼈습니다.

주변 다른 리조트에 비해 가성비 좋아요.
하이원리조트보다 하이원워터월드가 더 가까워요. 워터월드 이용하실 분들 편하게 이용하시기 좋을 듯요. 그리고 밤에 하이원에서 하는 불꽃놀이가 잘 보이네요^^ 조식도 먹을만하고리조트 내에편의점이나 음식점도 비용 더 비싸지 않게 정가로 이용하실 수 있네요. 더 저렴한 것도 있었어요.

하이원워터월드를 이용하면서 숙소를 알아보다가 하이원리조트는 객실이 없어서 차선으로 선택한 숙소입니다.
4인 이용하기엔 좁지는 않았으나 방이 생각보다 작았구여 수건은 인당 한개씩이라서 샤워후 사용할 수건이 부족했어요. 침구도 딱 4인용이구 여유가 없어요. 객실에 건조대가 있어서 래쉬가드 말리기에 편했어요. 체크인과 체크아웃을 키오스크로 해서 좋았어요.
