"I suggest Ctrip thoroughly investigate the facilities and environment; it's terrible. I haven't stayed in such a bad hotel in many years. I slept in my clothes for two nights, the room had a strong body odor, and I don't know if the sheets and duvet covers were changed. There were no staff members; I only saw a South Asian man on duty behind a broken table. Check-in was done without any service. There was a construction site right outside the door, and it was dilapidated. It's even worse than a Home Inn from ten years ago. The key point is that Ctrip lists it as a three-star hotel, which is unbelievable. The hotel costs nearly 1500 yuan per night, and there's no refund. I was frustrated for two days, but I guess I'll just have to accept my bad luck."
