It is an extraordinary hotel. It has a lot of class. The service was great and the meals were superb However , the price is too expensive

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

I stayed at the hotel this long weekend, unfortunately the hotel does not have a satisfactory arrangement for parking. The parking is privately managed - at least that's what they say, and each entry and exit from the parking lot costs dozens of shekels. For example, I stayed at the hotel for about 4 hours - I was charged 70 shekels, and again, God forbid, the entire trip. Unfortunately, the cost of parking during my stay was more than 300 shekels, which I don't pay in New York... I hope the hotel will get better and change this flawed procedure. Other than that, everything was good..

Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences. This is still our favorite hotel in Jerusalem. Food is still the best. Rooms are the most comfortable in this price range.

Beautiful spa and indoor pool. Rooms very comfortable and clean bathrooms No Netflix on tv but there are a few channels we could watch.
