Didn't travel and they didn't at least charge me for one day and refund me the remaining days. Refused any kind of refund.

They need to revised their policy in terms of refund.

Very near old city, relaxed dinning room for rest and meal.good services of the staff, very helpful. If my two person room windows can open for fresh air is better

The restaurant is large, the food is delicious, and there are many convenient facilities. The staff are also friendly.

Simple but comfortable accommodation. The room was clean, the friendly staff were all brilliant , the building was pleasantly cool and the atmosphere not too rowdy at night for an early to bed, early to rise couple. We would loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately they were closing.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was always very helpful with tips on what to do and to avoid. I really appreciate my stay

Really loved my time at Abraham Hostel. Everyone was very helpful. I enjoyed meeting so many people there. Hopefully I'll be back again.

The room is just as basic as could be though clean bedsheets and towels. The TV didn't work Breakfast is really bad less than basic and not fresh The only goods: Nice staff Good location We won't come back as a family, maybe good enough for backpackers

It was lovely to stay there, although my trip was only one night I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as it was for a purpose of religion. My fellow roommates were not loud and kept things to themselves, ensuring the room was clean and no noise was noticed.

. Great place with great atmosphire .The stuff is great and the people you meet are really fun and interesting to talk with. Stayed in the dorm and it was clean and no noise. The best thing is meeting people from different places. Alcohol is not too expensive

An excellent place for those who looking to connect with people from different countries and cultures The common spaces and the atmosphere is informal The location is excellent, walking distance from all the important sites and near the train The place itself is not new or beautiful - and less recommended for those looking for luxury

Rooms facing the Ha Davidka square are noisy because of trafic.( In Israël they use the horn frequenly.) so better ask for a room at "garden" side, if available. Breakfast is nice, however every day the same. Hostel is very, very clean. Cleaning is done constantly.

There is no hot water on arrival, the guests have to turn on the heater and wait 30 minutes for hot water. The dinning room is poor, the trash cans stumble over when you press its pedal to open, often full of garbadge in the morning Poor supervision on the turnover of foods in the fridge, some guests just leave their remaining food when checkout and it rottens in the fridge. Tel Aviv and Eilat Abraham hostels are better by far
