Hotel con stanze datate, sporche e con moquette... Ho chiesto diverse volte un'ulteriore pulizia della mia stanza poiché c'era un contenitore delle sorprese dell'uovo Kinder (ovviamente non mio) e filtri di sigarette sotto il letto (ma né io né mio marito fumiamo). Dopo questa mia richiesta, i filtri sono spariti, mentre il contenitore è rimasto...per questo motivo reputo superficiale la pulizia delle camere. Inoltre il prezzo di una camera con letto matrimoniale (da noi richiesta specificamente) su altri siti costava meno rispetto a quanto ci è stato detto per telefono. E al check - in ci è stata data una camera con due letti singoli (ricevuta in quanto ci è stato detto che era l'unica camera rimanente). Nota positiva la piscina e la cortesia al bar. Sicuramente non ci tornerei

The garden is suspended above a large park full of vegetation and is exposed to the sun throughout the day; it is very bright and very quiet. The apartment offers peace and tranquility as it is located between the ancient and medieval walls of the city and a very large public park that protects it from the noise of passing streets. It is in a lowered position with respect to the road surface and therefore not easily accessible with wheelchairs for invalids; you have to walk about 15 steps through the entrance before reaching the entrance avenue and then access to Marta's Cottage. Un albergo vicino al mare rinnovato e pulito ma un po’ freddo ed impersonale. Le camere sono ampie e complete di tutto con impianto luci molto efficiente. La colazione a buffet molto abbondante ma non eccezionale (noci “vecchie” e uova strapazzate poco liquide per i miei gusti). La collocazione prossima al mare è a pochi passi a piedi dal centro lo rende comunque una valida scelta.

Picked this hotel as the one we have stayed in before was closed and it is really easy to find when you get off the ferry. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Had a few questions before we arrived and the hotel was really helpful. As someone else has put its not in the greatest of locations but once inside the hotel you forget all about that. Felt safe and at ease with the covid restrictions, the room was lovely, large, spacious lovely sea view, the bathroom was also lovely with a great shower. A very modern room. Even managed to watch English football which was a massive plus. Food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. My wifes starter was more like a starter for two. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone

Service was exceptional, breakfast was abundant, you can order more or less anything you want. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable & shower was amazing! We used the private spa, nice when the weather is poor but will cost €50 per person. Also had a massage and facial which was really relaxing. Unfortunately the pool is seasonal and we didn’t get to use that, I imagine it would also be too their high standards. Beach is a 2 minute walk away with options for aperitivo or lunch & dinner. Yup can also eat lunch & dinner in the hotel at an extra cost. Staff are really friendly & helpful if necessary.
