It was an excellent stay in this hotel. Staffs are very supportive and foods are awesome. They prepared breakfast for us before 7:30 am as we had morning flight. Room was neat and clean. Location was also very good.

All was ok. The check in time was unusual 2pm and check out 11 am. When asked for early check in they charged extra rs 500

Food is not good as per rate, complain against house keeping not resolved by hotel management. Otherwise reception personal are good behaviour.

Good behaviour. Good service service at eleganza was exemplary. The staff were professional, friendly, and responsive to any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The concierge service was helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with reservations. Additionally, housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness and provided fresh towels and toiletries as needed.

Food at the hotel is ok, would prep-er to eat somewhere else outside. Rooms are decent enough. Staff is good.

Insects are in the washrooms, electricity issue, they didn’t give me forest view room as i booked it

Eleganza provided us a home like stay and it had an ample parking and a functional restaurant with scrumptious meals. I liked the experience there. The presidential suite i chose was large enough for a four member family and the toilet was clean.
