Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned. There were yellow liquid stains on the toilet seat, multiple yellow, red, and gray stains on the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases, unidentified tape with hair on it near the bedside lamp, scraps of paper and black stains on the floor, and several areas of black mold on the sink and bathroom floor. Overall, the room's cleanliness was appalling, and many pieces of furniture appeared very dirty. Facilities: The room's decor was of poor quality, using cheap materials. The blue light near the room key card holder kept flashing, disturbing sleep after it was turned off. The bathroom floor was very slippery, lacking anti-slip strips, making it very easy to slip and fall while showering. There was no place to change clothes in the bathroom. The hotel breakfast was mediocre; it's recommended to find breakfast at nearby restaurants. Service: This hotel completely fails to meet four-star standards; it barely even qualifies as three-star. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're expecting a four-star rating; it's not worth it at all. I don't understand how this hotel achieved a four-star rating. A truly terrible stay!

I passed by this hotel while on a self-driving tour. The hotel is located in the city center and is close to some nice attractions. The hotel's parking lot has an underground garage and charging stations. The hotel services are all smart, and you can just scan your face to enter.

Just like being at home. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the waiter is friendly and enthusiastic, and the bathtub is super big, even a 1.9-meter tall person can lie down in it! Really highly recommended!

Very very bad. No service at all. I can understand that you have to wait a long time to check in downstairs because there is not enough staff during the Chinese New Year. When checking in, I was asked to enter facial recognition. No room card required. It cannot be recognized after going up. The hotel phone number was not connected. No number available. Run down. Find the lobby. The lobby gave me another card. . I got the card but it doesn't work. Run down again. Asked the front desk to change my room. No change. Refreshed the card again. It’s still not possible to go up. It’s a hassle to take the elevator back and forth. After staying outside the room for nearly an hour, people were unwilling to change rooms. As a hotel, are you really that disgusting? Ask a security guard to come up and use the hotel's internal card to open it and tell me to go down and change the card for me. Run down and come up. That doesn't work either. Then he continued to talk about changing. As a result, I never came up again. I asked you again and again to change rooms but you refused. That's hilarious. Close down sooner. Rubbish!

The room is new and big enough, with no peculiar smell. Two 1.5-size beds are comfortable enough. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. It is not convenient that there are no hooks in the bathroom. The toilet has heated automatic flushing. I am not used to the facial recognition door opening method and it feels unsafe. The elevator is quite old. I guess they renovated the rooms but not the elevator. The breakfast was too casual, no coffee, no cooked noodle soup, just cold fried noodles, fried rice, fried dough sticks, white porridge, and some tangerines. I was full but didn't take any photos.
