ADVENTURE PARK RESORTS JI'AN

The hotel was newly renovated, clean and hygienic. The receptionist was very helpful; seeing that we had a large group, she upgraded us to a suite for free. Most importantly, we got unlimited entry to the Happy World Zoo package. The service was excellent.

We booked two rooms in total. In one room, the air conditioning was still set at around 10 degrees Celsius even at night. Since the baby was already asleep, we didn't change the room. The shower water was below body temperature. In the other standard room, the air conditioning was on for an hour, but it was still only 8 degrees Celsius. The shower water was cold. The maintenance worker even argued with me that the tap water that feels icy cold is what counts as cold water, and that cold water to the touch isn't. Was there a shower? We changed rooms, but the shower water still didn't meet the hotel's standard. The lukewarm water was only slightly better than the previous cold water. When I checked out in the morning and complained to the management, they said that's the local water temperature, and it's normal for us northerners to be unaccustomed to it. But I'm from the south, and that's ridiculous. They said if I let the water run for a while, it would get hot, but after half an hour, it was still the same. Is this wasteful of water? I got a refund for the cheapest room, and they still gave me a lot of nonsense. They only gave me a room because we slept in two rooms together one night. My elderly relative took a cold shower, and my family woke up with runny noses, not to mention how unwilling they were. They were truly the worst of the worst. I definitely won't be staying here again. If you're not used to cold showers or are sensitive to the cold, I strongly advise against staying here.

Overall, the experience at Ji'an Happy World Resort Hotel was quite good. The environment was beautiful, and parking was convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the bathroom fixtures and showerheads were all brand-name and very easy to use. The bedding was very soft, and I slept very comfortably. The room had a huge balcony, where you could breathe in fresh air in the morning and enjoy the view of the park – very pleasant indeed.

I must commend this hotel's service! During check-in, the staff not only explained the benefits of a 40% discount on amusement park ticket in detail, but also proactively helped us register our license plate number for easy access and free parking – incredibly thoughtful. Later, whether we needed extra toiletries or asked about park routes, they patiently answered our questions and provided timely assistance. The cleanliness was also excellent; every corner of the bathroom was spotless, even around the drain, making for a very comfortable stay.

週末帶一家人住了吉安歡樂世界度假酒店，體驗比預想的好太多！酒店是森林童話的樣子，拍照很好看，房間又大又亮，裝修好看還有各種智能設備，住着特別舒服。出門直接就是樂園，白天隨便玩，服務員態度都很好，打掃得乾乾淨淨，早餐種類也多，整體安安靜靜很放鬆，周邊短途遊玩選這家準沒錯，真心推薦！

最近入住的人比較少，整體的服務和環境都還不錯，員工辦理入住的速度挺快的。預訂的是一個普通的房型，離樂園很近，窗口對面就是機械部落，下樓幾百米直達樂園門口，入住這裏買樂園門票可以打六折，而且在入住期間可以一直進出樂園，這一點很方便。退房的時候直接把房卡給前台就可以了。

體驗非常好的一次入住，帶我們進房間的服務員一路講解遊玩路線，包括各類酒店設施，服務非常細緻。由於是分兩個訂單入住三日兩晚，如何免費停車等等，後續前台小楊也説明的非常詳細。而且樂園裡都是小朋友能玩的項目，而且人不多，基本不用排隊，可謂是體感最好的一次住宿和游完了。最讓小朋友興奮的是住到獅子房間～～近距離看獅子。

非常不滿意了一次入住，一打開被子全是小蟲子，要求酒店更換四件套後依舊還是很多小蟲子，酒店對此也是各種理由解釋，服務態度不佳，房間衞生到處都是灰塵，根本不值這個房價，給大家避雷
