Facilities: The shampoo and shower gel were good, the hairdryer was powerful, and bottled water was plentiful. The hotel itself isn't large, but it meets the hardware standards of a four-star hotel. Environment: It's one of the best hotels in the area. There's a shopping mall nearby, and plenty of restaurants downstairs. The parking lot is open-air with ample spaces. Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless, with no visible dirt. Towels, slippers, blankets, and pillows were all in excellent condition. Service: This is where the downside lies… It completely insults Marriott's service standards. During check-in that evening, the front desk staff were unfriendly. Although check-in was quick and the room key was issued instantly, they told me the breakfast time was wrong, leaving me with almost nothing to eat when I arrived at 10 am the next day! Even though the restaurant staff gave me two extra cups of hot milk, I was still very annoyed. Regarding room service, when I called in the morning to pick up water and tea bags, housekeeping knocked twice and immediately opened the door. Did they think I had gone downstairs for breakfast? That shouldn't be the case…

This was truly an experience that exceeded my expectations, deserving a full five-star review! From check-in, the receptionist, Xiao Qi, was incredibly welcoming and efficient, providing attentive guidance throughout, making me feel especially warm and comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the quiet and elegant environment perfectly met my needs for relaxation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was superb. From service and ambiance to comfort, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone; it's definitely a top choice for your travel accommodations!

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is very good. You can see the Houhe Scenic Area opposite from the room. The hotel is equipped with charging stations, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it.
