Xana Hotelle (Ji'an People's Square Wenshan Pedestrian Street)

I rarely stay at the Xi'an Hotel. The hotel's cleanliness was good, and the rooms were spacious and clean; overall, it was acceptable. However, one problem was very troubling. After dinner, upon entering the room, I noticed a very disturbing buzzing sound. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up to the room and confirmed the same sound, but she didn't know the cause. I suspected it might be mechanical equipment running on the roof, so I listened on the three floors below, and the sound was present there as well. Just as I was worrying about how to sleep that night, the sound suddenly stopped. The front desk called to say it was the hotel's water pump, which had been turned off. I was puzzled; didn't the previous staff member know this? Then, later that night, an even lower-frequency sound came from the front desk, but they said it wasn't their equipment. We had to take sleeping pills to sleep. I hope the hotel will address this issue. In short, I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

The hotel was clean, but the rooms were a bit cramped. Upon entering, we noticed the bathroom mirror was missing, so we were given a different room. Compared to the Xi'an Hotel we've stayed at before, the quality has declined. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wenshan Pedestrian Street, making dining convenient. A bus ride to Bailuzhou Academy costs only the starting fare. Suitable for those traveling by car.

Choosing this hotel for a solo trip was absolutely perfect! The environment was clean and comfortable, like being at home, and the facilities were so new that there were even plenty of charging ports. The room had an amazing view; just open the curtains and you could see the river. The entire experience was flawless, and I felt incredibly safe staying here alone. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel service was excellent, and the location is convenient, right next to the pedestrian street and accessible by highway, making getting around easy. The hotel's interior decor is fresh and elegant. I loved it! 👍🌹

1. Excellent location, very close to all tourist attractions. 2. The housekeeping staff were very nice and responded promptly to resolve issues. 3. The air conditioner was old and not cleaned properly; the vents were covered in dust and had a musty smell. 4. Cleanliness was average; pillowcases were torn, toilet seat had hair, sheets had hair, and sheets had holes. 5. Facilities were outdated; wallpaper had various oil stains and dirt, carpets were not cleaned properly, and old-fashioned windows could not be fully closed. 6. I have pictures to prove the above problems, but I also know that for this price and location, it's already pretty good, so it's my fault for not selecting a hotel properly.

This stay was extremely poor, with multiple hardware issues: 1. The curtains did not close properly, allowing excessive light to penetrate and severely affecting sleep; 2. The bedside lamp flickered continuously, which the engineering department diagnosed as a wiring fault, but failed to address the issue late at night, citing time-consuming repairs; 3. The showerhead was already severely leaking during my last stay, and this issue remained unresolved. For a chain brand, such perfunctory basic hardware maintenance and after-sales response are completely substandard.

The hotel boasts a great location, right next to a pedestrian street lined with various restaurants and eateries. The Jiangxi specialties recommended by the receptionist were excellent. The receptionist was warm and friendly, but the hotel's cleanliness could be improved.
