We, as the hotel management, sincerely apologize for your extremely unpleasant accommodation experience.We have verified the malfunctions you reported, including tripped circuits, non-cooling air conditioning, and inoperable main bedroom lights. These issues were indeed caused by an unexpected power system failure in the suite that night. Although our maintenance staff worked tirelessly into the late hours to conduct emergency repairs, the problems were not fully resolved. This disrupted your proper rest and even caused you to wake up from the heat at 5 a.m. Such incidents reflect serious dereliction of duty on our part in service delivery and facility maintenance, and we have failed to meet your expectations for a Presidential Suite stay.We are especially deeply distressed by the improper handling of your request for a room change. When you reasonably requested to switch rooms, our staff declined your request on the grounds that your booking was made via Trip.com, and insisted that you book a new room directly with the hotel at an additional cost. This approach was entirely inappropriate and seriously violates the hotel’s fundamental customer service standards.
