住了兩天 説下感受吧 服務保潔阿姨態度很好，前台衹有態度事情不處理。 房間沒有熱水（那水就不冰手）兩天各個時間段都不熱，開始我想着用的人多，我換個時間。全天都不熱。
我八點四十打電話詢問前台熱水的事，得到答覆我去看看水温。然後我一直等到九點一直也沒有回話，期間也沒人來房間查看，我九點十分又打電話詢問，得到答覆一樓有熱水，我説要不你來房間看看，詢問了我房間號，然後我就一直在這裏等，一直沒人來，也沒電話。就失聯了一樣，直接退房走人。

首先前台服務態度差，房間衞生不乾淨，一共預訂兩個房間，兩個不同的價位，想要兩個暖和的房間，前台私自給降價到同一房型，到的太晚沒有計較，進入房間其中一個房間床品沒有更換，衞生間還有上一個客人仍到煙頭，隨即叫前台來更換，前台一點都不耐煩，一再堅持下才來叫了保潔來更換，馬桶用了一次就堵住了，很無語，早餐，3個人下樓吃飯，快到點收餐正常酒店是不是等客人吃完在收拾，她家不，我們快到點了，你們都打了吧，一個早餐能耽誤你多少時間，也沒有啥可吃的，退房時前台不告知按金是100的情況下，退款80，因為是另外的人交的按金，察覺不對詢問按金多少，才告知毛巾有污染，扣款20，啥毛巾啊，那個毛巾説句難聽的家裡都是抹布，扣款可以，一箇舊的不能在舊的毛巾以新的出售？出售了你倒是給我帶走啊！前台經理一口一個規定，私人酒店你就是規定吧！總之大家別去了，從前台，客房，再到餐廳，包括經理，都不值得大家消費。建昌酒店還是挺多了，我們更換的酒店連住了4天。這就是同樣情況下，人家客源滿房，你家沒人。差差差

對於龍灣，之前的印象還不錯，因為老闆曾經參加過盤錦召開的攜程網舉行的會議，我也是做酒店管理的，所以當時我也參加了，雖然沒有相互溝通，但是對於我家長的企業，我還是很支持的。所以回建昌，衹要需要我都會預訂龍灣酒店，但是這次讓我很失望，並且很氣憤，還沒到之前給前台打電話，前台態度非常差，我衹想問一下防疫政策，態度很惡劣，甚至還掛了我的電話…我想請問酒店相關負責人，做酒店做的是什麼？服務理念可有？服務行業做的又是什麼，做你的牛氣嗎？態度決定一切，而不是擺出你高傲的架勢來跟客人指手畫腳的，這樣下去，問一下會不會把酒店做死。以宴會為主可以理解，難道住宿的客人就不用理會了嗎？那你開客房幹嘛？説了這麼多，最終希望酒店能關注這一點，並進行整改，更希望下次不要再出現前台趾高氣昂與客人吵架的情況。
