This hotel was such great value for money when visiting Jianmen Pass! The hot spring genuinely uses sulfur, and it was incredibly relaxing. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The king-sized room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There are many hot spring pools with excellent water quality, perfect for kids. It's a great spot for a spring break family getaway or just to relax and unwind. The location is convenient, and overall, the experience was fantastic!

Hygiene: My child's watch went missing, so I looked under the bed and found used tissues, an unidentified bottle, and some other debris from previous guests. Service: The staff were rigid and unfriendly. There was no toothbrush for children in the room. When I politely inquired, I was told, 'No, only for adults.' The front desk also didn't provide a good experience. Facilities: The screen curtains in the room were a bit old, but everything else was okay. Also, the hot spring water really stank 🌝🌝

My legs were so sore after climbing Jianmen Pass, so checking into the Jianmenguan International Hot Spring Hotel was a real treat! The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The natural sulfur hot springs are available for unlimited use, and the over 20 forest hot tubs offer great privacy. After a good soak, I felt completely re-energized. The hotel is also conveniently located near the high-speed train station, and you can walk to the Three Kingdoms Nightless City for easy access to dining and shopping. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was excellent. It's truly a top choice for families with kids or anyone traveling with family. I'll definitely be back!

I genuinely recommend this hot spring hotel! The transportation is incredibly convenient, being so close to the high-speed rail station – just a few minutes by taxi. The environment is serene and picturesque, perfect for photos, and the hot spring water is clean, leaving you feeling completely relaxed after a soak. Room and hotel as well as hot spring facilities were all clean and very satisfactory. Location wise very convenient and a short distance from the railway station, even better because the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the station. Service was impeccable and staff were very polite, helpful and ready to assist with questions. They also took the time to explain the sights around town and the route to Jianmenguan scenic area. Amenities wise, the hot spring was delightful and worth returning to. Overall a wonderful stay at the hotel. Also definitely worth the price.

We've always highly valued and preferred your hotel, making it our top choice every time we visit. This is due to several reasons: convenient high-speed train station shuttle service, unlimited hot spring access, excellent hardware facilities, and spacious environment. However, on this recent visit, we felt the service wasn't as good as before. The staff lacked proactive service awareness and a sense of warmth. The breakfast variety and taste at the restaurant haven't improved. While guests from all over have different preferences, can't there be more variety than the same few small desserts, steamed buns, and snacks every single day? Even the nightly orange offering is always just oranges, nothing else. Frankly, a hotel with such solid fundamentals would be truly outstanding if it put more heart into its operations!

My wife and I were returning to Chengdu and passed through Jiange. I'd previously visited the Tianci Hot Springs, and this time I discovered the Northern Hot Springs here. After a quick calculation, I realized staying at a different hotel and buying hot spring tickets wouldn't save us much, so we decided to just stay here. This hotel is newer than Tianci Hot Springs. You can drive straight from the hotel's parking entrance to the back door. As soon as you enter, you can distinctly smell sulfur. When we checked in, the front desk noticed we had a child and gave us a kid-friendly room. There were small slippers and a bathrobe for the child, which was a pleasant surprise for us. The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning provided ample warm air, heating up the room quickly. In the evening, the staff even brought us oranges; my child loved them and ate one right away. The hotel's hot springs have over a dozen pools (the cold water section is closed in winter). While they might not have as many variations as Tianci, they also aren't as crowded. The management of the hot springs here is truly commendable. First, I saw a guest trying to enter the hot spring area with a cigarette, and the staff member firmly insisted he finish smoking outside before entering. Second, when I went back the next morning, I noticed the largest pool had been drained, and staff were cleaning it. Third, every pool has a temperature display, and it doesn't just show the indicated temperature, but the real-time actual temperature. I remember one pool showed 42℃ when I went in the evening, and it was 43℃ the next morning. Some pools clearly had white powdery substances floating in them. When I was soaking, a guest commented on how dirty the pool was, and I told them it wasn't dirt, but minerals in the water. This, along with the sulfur smell, actually indicates it's a genuine hot spring. Some guests who haven't soaked in hot springs much might not know this and might mistake the floating white particles and unusual smell for poor water quality. The hotel does a good job explaining this on the information boards at the hot spring entrance and next to some of the pools. It would be even better if they could remind guests during check-in to avoid such misunderstandings. Hotel guests can enter the hot springs anytime during operating hours. The changing area is large and very clean. They even provide complimentary disposable waterproof phone pouches. After the hot springs, my child still wanted to use the bathtub in the room and really enjoyed this hotel. Unfortunately, the next day we realized my child's swim goggles were left behind at the hotel; I couldn't remember if they were in the hot spring area or the room. When I went back to look, the room service staff meticulously helped me search. Overall, at 300 yuan, the value for money is excellent, easily living up to the hotel's 'international' designation.

A must-stay hotel for your Jianmen Pass trip! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The absolute highlight is the authentic underground hot spring – the water is crystal clear, and after a soak, your skin feels smooth and all your fatigue melts away. The staff are very responsive, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It offers excellent value for money, perfectly suiting the rest and relaxation needs of a Shu Path journey. Highly recommended!

Facilities and Environment: 1. The soundproofing was poor. I could hear people talking outside at 7 a.m., which was very noisy. If you don’t want to eat tofu, Jianmen Baiwei Chicken, which is ten minutes away by car, is delicious, and the spicy skewers are also good for takeout. Disadvantages: There are many people at breakfast, but it is also orderly. I don’t understand the standard of such a hotel. As a result, the big sister under the rice noodles can directly refuse the guest’s request for more fried sauce. Facing a full plate of braised meat and the guest, she said: No, there are so many people, you can’t add more~ Not to mention where there is enough fried sauce, even if there is not much left, the guest has made a request, you can’t just refuse it directly. If you don’t prepare enough, just prepare more ingredients. Isn’t it lowering your own standards to directly reduce the quality of the product? It feels that you stay here for 600 yuan a night and eat 39 yuan per person for a bathing buffet?

This hotel is the highest-end hotel in Jiange County and also the highest-end hotel for hot spring bathing. The key is that the food is excellent. The oil tripe hotpot on the third floor is delicious and unique. It is the best choice for parent-child travel.

Generally speaking, it's OK. You can soak in hot springs, visit Jianmen Pass, and relax. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the hotel to the north gate of Jianmen Pass Scenic Area, but it is recommended to leave as early as possible, otherwise you will need to take a long detour due to traffic jams and traffic control.
