Fanrun Anju Homestay (Mount Fanjing Scenic Area East Gate)

The room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The owner, a former soldier, was incredibly hospitable. The restaurant on the first floor, which belongs to them, serves delicious food!

The room was clean and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The owner was very friendly and even helped me with my luggage to the room. It's very close to the tourist center, public transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. The owner even runs their own restaurant, and the food is delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located downstairs from a restaurant and very close to the East Gate of the scenic area. The owner was busy when I arrived late in the evening. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street, with good soundproofing. The only downside was the smell of new furniture. Be aware that check-out is strictly at 12 PM, with no possibility of late check-out. If you plan to take the scenic bus at 2 PM, like I did, you'll have two hours with nowhere to rest after checking out, so plan your time accordingly. The location is a major plus, making it ideal for visiting Fanjingshan.

This hotel is really close to the scenic area, and the price wasn't too high for summer vacation either. It was very clean, and the room was spacious. There were plenty of hangers and water, and they even provided facial towels and several sturdy disposable cups. The owner, a lovely auntie, was so kind. When she saw us leaving early in the morning, she'd remind us to eat breakfast and even offered us eggs or buns to take with us. We were just too eager to catch the first entrance time to the mountain and had to politely decline her generosity! 😂 I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough!
