Maybe I went late, I gave the chess and card room, the room is very large, and the decoration is very new, the hotel parking lot is full, arranged in a parking lot opposite the hotel, not far from the rain shed, the overall stay is very good, a small suggestion, the bed of the chess and card room is just blowing the head, can not be adjusted, It is recommended to optimize it.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The only downside was the slightly poor soundproofing, which is a common problem with most hotels. Free parking was available. The restaurant was closed during the Spring Festival holiday, but bread was provided upon check-in, which was understandable and quite thoughtful.

GGuest UserThis is a very comfortable hotel with a good value for money. The surroundings are nice, right next to Taicheng Lake, and it's a pleasant place to take a stroll in the evening. It would be great if the cleaning staff could be trained to lower their voices while cleaning the next door. Overall, it's very good.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, easy to take a taxi, very close to the bus station. There are many foods in the pedestrian street nearby, there is a massage shop downstairs, a large supermarket, shopping is very convenient. The front desk clerk was very polite, welcoming and smiling. The only downside is that the isolation is very poor and the corridor is a bit harassing. It was quiet and comfortable for someone to move away in a few days.

GGuest User1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.
