Crowne Plaza Jiangmen Binjiang

The sheets were dirty and the room had a strange smell. When I asked to switch rooms, the new room smelled even worse, so it was pointless to switch. When I complained, they just said they had already checked and changed the sheets.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely be back.

The service was excellent, from the front desk to the lobby, which truly earned it five stars. The overall atmosphere was very quiet. I had a quick one-night stopover here on my way back to Shenzhen. The room was quite spacious, and there's a park nearby. The lobby has a giant bear that my husband absolutely loved, taking pictures non-stop, haha! The design is really good! As a Diamond member, I even received complimentary drinks. Since I was in a hurry, the staff at the lobby bar helped me pack and choose them perfectly. A special thank you to him! Having those drinks to refresh me during the hot drive back was much appreciated. The air conditioning was on in the room, but it felt a little damp, so there's room for improvement there. Overall, everything was great and I'm very satisfied.

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The in-room phone was always out of order. Room service for takeout took over an hour to arrive. And the restaurant staff were incredibly rude to us. No one bothered to clear the tables, and there was absolutely no initiative to provide good service.

Facilities: The facilities are new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: It was very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Environment: The environment is beautiful. There's a park next to the hotel, which makes for great walks and the air is fresh and comfortable. Service: The staff's service attitude was excellent. They proactively helped us with our luggage and were very warm and service-oriented. We really appreciate their thoughtful service. Dining was pretty standard overall, with a good variety of food items. Nothing particularly amazing, but also no disappointments. The only minor issue was that dirty dishes weren't cleared quickly enough, but that's understandable given the limited number of staff. My room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep. However, there were two minor drawbacks. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn't very effective; the room temperature wouldn't drop, making it generally a bit stuffy. Since the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation, air circulation was poor, making the room feel a bit stuffy during the day. On a positive note, the hotel allows food delivery to rooms, which is a very thoughtful touch. When I called the front desk to request food delivery to my room, the staff responded quickly and brought it to my door in no time. Their responsiveness is highly commendable. If the air conditioning could be improved in the future, the experience would be even more perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Jiangmen. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jiangmen.

They upgraded us to a Grand Suite for free, and the environment was absolutely stunning. The hotel is new and very clean. I never expected to find such a high-end hotel with great amenities in Jiangmen. The service was excellent, truly wonderful! We had a great trip!

This is arguably one of the best hotels in Jiangmen, truly living up to the InterContinental brand. The room facilities are new and very clean, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Thirty-Three Villages this time, and it definitely didn't disappoint.
