房間打掃很馬虎，前住户用過的洗漱用品都還在，窗台積滿灰。房間有窗但是是無法打開的，等於是無窗的房間，由於房間裝修不久，房間裏的味道還很重。沙發成了擺設，坐下去是空的，要坐衹能坐在沙發邊緣的木架上。整個房間設施都非常差，浴室洗澡積水，腳衹能泡在水中。

服務熱情周到，相當滿意，特別是前台小姐姐的服務十分細心周到。但衞生間的私隱性有向上提高的空間。因為一家人住的房間你把衞生間搞這麼多玻璃雖然是磨沙的。而且門也是玻璃門，還把洗手盆放到外面無論是隔音還是燈光上都相當的不方便。

凌晨到的，一開始出了點小狀況，後面解決了。房間衞生挺好，寬敞。去啟明裡和三十三街墟步行需要十多二十分鐘左右。
