Worst ever apartment in Guzhen, due to following reasons: 1. Though the apartment description says it’s 3.2 km from Guzhen City Centre but in reality it’s about 10 km from there. 2. Because of the location you may need to pay 20 to 25 yuan on taxi to reach city centre and similar price to come back which makes it highly uneconomical. 2. Staff doesn’t know how to use smart gadgets for translation. 3. Though Apartment description says Induction heater and Laundry is available but in reality they don’t have any hot plate to cook and use of Laundry is on chargeable basis. 4. Staff doesn’t cooperate or refuse to give spare bottle of water if you may need it in emergency.

原本訂的酒店不能接待外國人，臨時找到這間，價格十分優惠，接待專業，也像我們解釋了一些臨時居住證的規定，該有的都有，樓下有很多吃的，特別是杭州小籠包很好吃。住一晚上休息的很好，非常感謝招待！
