周邊很熱鬧，很方便，但是衞生真的有點堪憂，，，隔音不錯的，沒什麼噪音，如果衞生能提上來應該會更好，設施還行

方便的位置，附近是五邑商城，衣食住行非常方便。加上一樓是酒樓，下雨也不用擔心要帶雨傘找吃的，租金非常實為，公務出差首選。
