The reception staff is helpful and polite. The room is tidy and clean. However, the air-conditioner is not function well and it making noise in mid night. It disturbed the sleeping.
the reception staff helped to change room to next door on next day. it made it easier to move the luggage to next door. the staff is prompt to solve the problem.

設施陳舊，有的燈壞了，而且很多燈都是一個開關總控。
空調打開沒有任何反應，不製冷！
重點説一下，床上有尿味兒，一點不是亂説，一陣一陣，應該是之前有痕跡，床墊沒處理，或者酒店不清楚，一直不處理，真的睡到半夜被噁心醒了！
邊幾還有之前吃外賣放水杯的痕跡，沒擦乾淨！
房間可以，挺大，但是衞生啊，真的差！

酒店房間住的很舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，枕頭很柔軟，酒店前台服務態度很好，熱情有禮貌，早餐豐富種類很多，配套齊全，周圍環境不錯，隔音效果很好，位置便利，有免費停車場，退房贈送小禮品，整體感覺不錯。
