第一次來古兜入住了月泉湖居，我們一進房間感覺好舒適，好寬敞，有小零食水果送，大陽台還有兩個温泉缸太棒了一邊泡温泉一邊看風景的真的不錯，這邊的環境不錯我很喜歡，酒店的服務也很到位，很貼心下午茶早餐都送到房間。下次還會再來！

服务：客服服務態度非常好👍我們晚上快12點到達，可是房間都已經打掃好，有小點心水果茶水。問客服問題都是馬上回覆，很有心。還再送我們零食，準備下次再過來！

降温了，廣東的天氣真的像娃娃臉，説降就降，天氣冷，我們也就説來就來，第三次來這家酒店了，喜歡陽台上的兩個温泉缸，獨立乾淨衞生，不用去公共温泉，方便快捷就能泡温泉。

衞生：房間整體整潔
環境：酒店位於山頂位置，到温泉谷附近餐廳需要酒店安排電瓶車
服務：由於這次旅行是小姪女的生日之旅，訂房時要求酒店可否安排房間生日佈置，但整整一個月的短訊溝通也沒有回覆。入住當日再次諮詢台前，但是他們好像沒有聽到，沒有回覆也沒有拒絕…
在這方面上，酒店的服務是欠奉的！雖然春節期間入住率高，但我這要求已經是一個多月前的要求，不是入住當天才要求。所以在這方面酒店上是不夠貼心的。
