酒店的裝潢設計風格簡約，大堂園林風很別緻，空氣清新，感覺很放鬆，房間的燈光設備也挺智能的，而且很喜歡坐在窗前，靜靜的看着外面的夜景。

房間非常差，前台服務不好，房間內部的電話也是壞的，空調又爛，廁所黑，燈光暗，在外住酒店體驗最差的一次。

大冷天洗澡沒熱水，沒暖氣，放個熱風機也壞了，房門也壞了，修理都用了大半個小時以上，修好門已經到晚上十點多，到江門跑馬拉松比賽，跑全程馬拉松42.195公里，到新會區人民會堂終點，請求到兩點退房，回來可以洗個澡換衣服，卻得不到諒解，説什麼便宜房間沒得優惠，到哪裡跑馬拉松都會優待跑者，就是這家酒店一點不會善待跑者，真心失望！！！
