衞生：找不到牌子的冰箱很臟，密封圈發黴有味道，廁所有一點尿騷味，淋浴間下水道堵塞
南湖一品住了好幾次了，幫襯了三個商家，規律是價格低點的，衞生都會差一些，湊合住一晚
