The staff at this hotel are really friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze, and no deposit was required, which was a nice touch. I especially want to highlight the restaurant and the outdoor garden. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the outdoor garden was bathed in sunlight, filled with lush greenery, and even had tomatoes grown by the hotel – a truly unique experience. The guest rooms have a lovely, homey, B&B-like feel. They also accommodated my request for a late check-out, free of charge, until 3:30 PM. This was perfect as I was heading to catch the high-speed train, and the station is super close – just a 5-minute walk. For anyone traveling by high-speed rail, this place is absolutely recommended! I highly recommend Opus, a fantastic value-for-money hotel in Jiangmen.

Good hotel.

Reception counter staff was friendly. Room was clean but the wash basin & shower mixer were old. Therefore i gave a below par rating for amenities. The mattress was comfortable. I don't mind going back if the owner refurbish the bathroom.

Check-In Service was subpar with one person at the reception while there were about 20pax waiting to be checked in. Otherwise a good hotel.

We stayed in a loft room. The breakfast in the hotel was good and the space in the room was sufficient.

Jiangmen Opus Hotel. Very nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from Jiangmen East Railway Station. McDonald's KFC is just a few meters away. Shopping is very close. But the front desk receptionist needs to be professional. Because the first impression is the best impression. A few minutes later, I handed my passport to the first counter, and she said in Chinese: "I don't know how to enter with a foreign passport." Then she told me to go to the second counter because her computer had a problem. 5 minutes later, I checked into the hotel. But according to the law of China's immigration department, every foreigner staying in a hotel or house needs to register the last entry and the first page of the passport. But she didn't scan it or send it to the police station through the network. 5 hours later, 10 pm local time. A call from the hotel said that I needed to go back to the hotel and verify with the police station, and they were waiting for me in the lobby. I had dinner outside. I had to go back to the hotel halfway through dinner. All my ID and passport documents are in China for legal permanent residence. I have lived permanently in China since 2003. I have had the opportunity to live in more than 100 different hotels, apartments or motels in different provinces, cities and towns in mainland China. Jiangmen Opus Hotel is a very good hotel, only 10 minutes walk from Jiangmen East Railway Station. McDonald's KFC is just a few meters away. Shopping is very close. Then she tell me to go to the second counter because her computer got problem. then with in 5 minutes i got checked in to hotel. but as per Chinese Exit Entry Department laws every foreigner accommodations in Hotels or houses need ito register the last entry and the passport first page. But she didn't scan or send via online to the police department. after five hours pass at 10 pm local time. called from hotel I need to come back to hotel and make my verification with the police department is waiting on the lobby. I was outside having my dinner. I had to come back to hotel on middle of dinner. All my ID passport documents is legal Permanent Resident in China. I am permanently resident in China since 2003. and i had the opportunity to stay more then 100 different hotels and apartments or motels in mainland China in different province in Citys and small towns. Jiangmen Opus Hotel is Very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from the jiangmen Dong Railway station. MacDonald KFC is just some meters walk. shopping groceries is very nearby. over all for business trip Jiangmen Opus Hotel (Jiangmen East Station Branch) Jiangmen Opus Hotel is good choice. my be next time I will come and stay with my family.

Interesting and cute themed room, very comfortable for three people. Be careful when climbing the stairs. The hotel installed a sensor night light at the stairs. The bathroom door is horizontal without a lock. If you share the room with your friends and want to use the toilet, you must notify them to avoid opening the door with one hand. My friend's duplex double room was upgraded and turned into a double room so they don't have to climb stairs, but there is no more space for chatting. The breakfast place is small, and the auntie was very welcoming. She recommended that we try homemade soy milk and the braised beef brisket with freshly made noodles. It was really good and delicious. The restaurant's air conditioning was not turned on, so I asked the staff to turn it on.

The hotel has a novel design and reasonable price. The front desk lady Xiaolin is very friendly and helped us upgrade the room. There is a very large terrace with a great view. The room is also very large and has a full sense of space.

This is my second time staying here. My kids like this loft room type very much. There are Peppa Pig dolls. The bathroom facilities are very kid-friendly. You can see that the design is very thoughtful. It is clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. You can go to the nearby Bird Paradise for fun.

I stayed at the hotel because the apartment was good. I chose a duplex king-size bed room. The bed was in the attic. The living room was spacious, suitable for meeting friends or family. The sofa could sleep two people! 😀 The hygiene was good. The shower room was separated into dry and wet areas. The water-proof effect was very good. There was no water seepage at all. Thumbs up. The room had a wide view. There was a park downstairs, full of greenery. The front desk lady provided warm service. The breakfast was rich in variety and nutritious. I was impressed by the coffee and beef brisket noodles. It was very good. I will stay here again next time!
