Hotel is clean and comfortable, equipped with all kinds of amenities. We were able do some laundry while we were there, which is a plus. All staff were friendly and professional, housekeeping greeted us with a smile every time. We had pleasant stay.

The front desk receptionist was very considerate. Because I came too early and there was no room, the front desk asked me to store my luggage first and gave me a luggage storage card. It was very cost-effective. After I checked in with the room, the lady at the front desk gave me a breakfast coupon and returned it to me. Delayed check-out until 2 o'clock is really considerate. You can choose this next time you take your family out, it’s so affordable.

GGuest UserLavande Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Kaiping. The hotel has been opened since 2018; still somewhat relatively new. We booked a room for three people, and we were provided with a two bedroom unit. Excellent condition; comfortable beds and shower facilities. Cleaning service was excellent as they provided extra bottles of water and tea bags to consume. Situated in a location with many restaurants and shops. A mall is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Lavande Hotel when staying in Kaiping
