1. The room was filthy, especially the windows; there was so much dust that both the adults and children developed rhinitis after a day in the room. 2. We stayed for two days. The first night, the room was very noisy, and there was a power outage during the day. We were moved to another room. 3. We were forced to get out of the elevator countless times because the room card wouldn't work. 4. The bedside table was wider at the top than the bottom; my child easily fell off the bed with just one hand on it. Luckily, it was just painful; a fracture would have been much worse. 5. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am, but by 9 am there was hardly anything left to eat. The caregiver said it was because it was the weekend and there were too many people. We were there with our child for a competition, so we understand. The ventilation system and pillows were very uncomfortable; we won't choose this place again!
