Excellent value for the hotel room and service.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent service, will come back

Fantastic stay. Room was clean and very big. Location is right next to the G2 highway so a perfect place to rest after crossing the bridge. The parking was easy, safe and convenient. The staff were great, offering us sweet tea on arrival and helping to direct us to the room. This hotel is excellent value for money!

Stayed my last night in Jiangyin in this lovely hotel, very new and very comfortable. well situated on that section of Jiangyin that I love.

A very nice hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly…Their breakfast was also nice plus the check out time is very convenient if you are not in a hurry to leave early!

This is the first time I have stayed at Atour. The first time I brushed my teeth, I found that the toothpaste had been used by someone else. I can’t praise the hygiene. I have not mentioned the service awareness. I have arranged a quiet room and arranged a room directly facing the construction site. As soon as I entered the door, there was noisy construction. , I need to change rooms again, and the waiter is not happy to say that the room type is no longer available, and the facilities are old. Isn't Atour like this overall? I'm speechless.

I specifically made a note in advance that "no head and tail rooms are required", but we were still arranged to have head and tail rooms. Bad review!

The hygiene was really sloppy, the quilt and pillows had a strong musty smell, and my body was itchy and pimpled. The service of the front desk staff is also poor. They have to call several times a day to renew the reservation. They say they are busy and renew when they are free. They call again later to remind them. The price of the reservation increases every day and does not include breakfast. . I was tricked into becoming a member the day before yesterday, but it didn't work and the house price even went up. Ctrip is also almost dying and is of no use anymore. The next step is to change platforms and hotels.

Homemade coffee drinks are served as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service is very good and welcoming! The twin room I booked was large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath in separate rooms, without affecting each other! The breakfast is rich, both Chinese and Western style, very rich. In the evening, porridge is also provided until 11.00! There is a small shopping mall called Impression Hui in the surrounding area, and there are also many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more Teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hotpots! very nice!

Very low cost performance, not worth it

I told them both on the phone and at the store that they would try to arrange a quiet house for me. I was actually placed at the elevator entrance. Instantly I felt that I was in a bad mood. This kind of service has several meanings.

The room is very good, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk service is very good. The service in the restaurant needs to be improved.
