衞生：民房改的，空調位置衹有卧室有。
服務：樓下有個大門，晚上出去了需要聯繫值班的人開門。

離明月島很近，比較方便，其他還好，兩點建議：1、整棟樓外牆刷一下，不然看起來太舊。
2、吹風機旁邊掛一面鏡子吧，方便一點。
