BUYER BEWARE room temperature 29/30 degrees - windows don’t open. Luckily I’m fluent in Mandarin as reception staff repeatedly flatly refused to speak any English despite clearly being able to do so. Asked for help with AC or to change rooms was advised Hotel decided to turn off ENTIRE hotels A/C for three days to “save money” and they delivered two fans neither of which worked. I asked if it was government initiative to “save money” as that can happen and is understamdable and they said no, it’s just better to save money because the cost of AC for the whole building is too high. Asked for managers details to make formal complaint and was advised Manager doesn’t have an email address and there is no way to contact him in writing- despite this being an international hotel. But the shower is great - beautifully designed and unsurprisingly … very hot ……

Our rooms were good but a bit of problem during checking when we arrived at 1am. but were solved. Breakfast is good variety and suitable for most traveller. Location wise is a bit far from city centre,
