1. The hygiene conditions were terrible. There were many live black bugs on the bed, which was terrifying. My child was scared and traumatized. 2. The hotel's service attitude was poor. We had an early flight, but the hotel's airport shuttle bus was full with no seats available. We ended up taking a taxi ourselves. We had informed the front desk multiple times the day before that we needed to take the 5:30 AM bus and that there were 22 of us. The front desk assured us there would be enough seats. This almost made us miss our flight this morning and was very rushed. 3. The hotel discriminates against guests. My travel companion's room also had black bugs, and they received complimentary fruit and drinks from the hotel, but I did not. It's not that I needed the fruit and drinks, but I am very dissatisfied with how the hotel handles and resolves issues.

Traveling to Qingdao, Shandong with my child, I specifically chose a hotel near the airport for our last night so we wouldn't have to wake up too early. The accommodation environment was quite good, clean and tidy, and the breakfast selection was also rich. There's even an airport shuttle service in the morning, which is really great! I'd choose this place again next time.

We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to the airport. We booked a family room with a super king-sized bed (2.7 meters). The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. They even provided a small sand toy for the kids. The fridge was stocked with snacks, drinks, and Tsingtao beer. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices.
