I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Qingdao Jiaozhou Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed.
The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with any request. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of Chinese and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The location is convenient for travelers who need access to Jiaozhou and Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. Overall, I had a relaxing and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Qingdao.

This hotel is right in the city center! The surroundings are lovely, and it's super close to the attractions. Plus, the area nearby is really convenient. A huge thank you to Tina for all her help during my stay – communication was so effective, and she always responded promptly! I was traveling with a small child, and Tina made sure to communicate everything with me beforehand. She even warmed up food for us when we got back to the hotel late, which was so kind. The room was clean and well-equipped, and you could tell a lot of thought and good taste went into the design of every corner. The ambiance is great, and there's plenty of natural light! It even comes with a table. The service was warm, attentive, and enthusiastic! A really great hotel.

I stayed here for one night before my early morning flight. The room is quite luxurious, especially for the price. Judy helped with booking a taxi to the airport, and she was very responsive on WeChat anytime I had a query. Highly recommended!

Hotel facilities and service were all very good. The outdoor pool was bigger than expected and overall the hotel and rooms are very spacious. Not much to do around the hotel but it was a short walk to the nearest mall with an ok selection of shops and restaurants. Thanks to Tina on reception for her help too!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the thoughtful service. The concierge greeted me with a smile, and my room offered stunning city night views. The King Koil mattress had me falling asleep in seconds. Breakfast was a culinary delight, and the heated pool was fantastic, with a gym open all day. 1. The room was EXTREMELY HOT. Even with the setting at 16°C, there was no control of the temperature. There was only heated air coming in. I had to climb up very high to partially open a very tight ventilator, but it didn't help much. I had to sleep naked due to the heat.
2. The plastic covering of the amenities (toothbrush, comb, ear buds, etc) is very difficult to open. I actually struggled to open them. I am a fit, 59 year-old with no disabilities.
3. The first night, there was no shaving kit and body lotion in the room. However, upon request, it was provided.
4. The spa is overpriced.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Emma, who was a tremendous help in resolving an issue with an item I had left behind at the hotel. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable.
