Room is super nice, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfy and they had memory foam pillows, which were amazing. There’s a robot room service too. Location is very good, only a short drive from the airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport. They also do free pick-ups from the metro station (Jiaodong), as it’s a little too far to walk if you have luggage. There can be a wait for the pickup, as it’s only one driver with a mini-van. We ended up waiting for over half an hour when they initially said 10 minutes… so probably just pay for a Didi tbh. Staff were generally polite and helpful. My only complaint from the stay is that the receptionist messed up my airport shuttle booking time. Booked me for the 7:40am shuttle instead of 11:40am. Admittedly 7 could maybe be misheard as 11 in Chinese, but we’d had an entire conversation about my afternoon flight and how early I should get to the airport! I ended up getting woken up by an unwelcome early wake-up call from reception and couldn’t sleep well after that. Would stay again, but probably unplug the phone next time just in case

This hotel was tea amazing. We booked a night for an 18hour layover and found the place to be very comfortable and friendly. Food was reasonably priced, airport transfers were included and the service from the staff was amazing. We left some personal items in the room by accident and the hotel staff went above and beyond to get them back to us. Highly recommend.

A good place to stay at the airport—just about a 10-minute walk from the arrival gate. The place is clean and comfortable, and the receptionist provides basic amenities. However, the paper towel could definitely be upgraded to a real towel!

The room was big too and very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Location was about 20min to airport and with free shuttle service to nearest Train station Jiaodong胶东站. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast taste good too

Convenient hotel close to airport for late night arrivals or early departures. Would stay there again if in those situations. Room is nice & clean, spacious room with large bathroom. Breakfast to OK, not much selection for foreigners l. Couldn't get on the WiFi & reception did not explain.

My priority for choosing this hotel is for the pick up or drop off from airport or train station service. There is a balcony in the room which you can enjoy the landmark view and airplanes fly over the building.

Arrived into qingdao at midnight and easily found the hotel by following the yellow signs that either said “hotel” or “VIP” (check the photos for the path of this hotel). The room i booked is small but it is perfect for an over night stay for couples or solo travelers. My room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. It also had all the bathroom necessities. There’s tea and coffee and free bottled water. Checking in was hassle free and smooth, all done within 5 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
