My stay here was excellent, and I particularly want to highlight the hotel's shuttle service. Whether it was a late-night arrival or an early morning departure, a quick call was all it took for the shuttle to arrive promptly. The driver was very attentive, helping with luggage and significantly easing the fatigue of travel.
The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was effective – I barely heard any airplane noise, allowing for a really good rest. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
For travelers who need to catch early morning or late-night flights, this hotel is definitely a top choice, as it takes away all the worries about transportation.

First off, the service was genuinely excellent. The young ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic. They'll arrange airport pickup if you call them in advance, but drop-off is only on the hour. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was a bit small, but quite clean, though there wasn't a spare toilet paper roll, which there really should be. I'm very satisfied and would choose this place again next time. The best food around is the dumpling shop; their freshly made dumplings are truly delicious. There are also shared bikes available, which makes getting to nearby places very convenient. Although the surroundings look a bit desolate, it actually has everything you need. If you're not too demanding and just need a place to rest during a layover, it's perfectly suitable.

AAva N.I really enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect after my flight. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. I had breakfast there, and it was pretty good with a nice variety of options. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, being so close to the airport and with great transport links. Our room was spotless, and the price was really reasonable, offering great value for money. Overall, the hotel's service and facilities were top-notch. It's definitely a place I'd recommend and would happily stay at again.

Especially Manager Tian (I think his surname is Tian, it's been a few days and I'm a little fuzzy on the details, please don't mind if I'm wrong, he's a handsome young manager). We arrived at Jiaodong Airport in the early morning of May Day, missed the pick-up time, and couldn't get a taxi, so we contacted the hotel. Around 3 AM, Manager Tian personally drove over to pick us up. The airport and hotel aren't far apart, but this gesture really boosted our impression of the city. He even upgraded our room for free! The hospitality of Shandong is truly impressive. I'll definitely come back to Shandong next time and stay at your hotel again!!!

One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress.
The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest.
Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations.
Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay.
In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice.

JJ. NgThe hotel is located near Jiaodong Airport, but the pick-up takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel provides one free pick-up and drop-off service. The driver responsible for the pick-up had a good attitude, the pick-up meeting point was clearly explained, and the conversation was very enthusiastic during the pick-up. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants nearby if you have more time to walk around the Korean street nearby hotel staff attitude and service are 10 points good, next time you can stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserHotel was very nice. Two big beds, nice restroom. The TV was next to the wall and close to the beds so it was tight and could have easily bumped into it. It was a little hot in the room but other than that, clean, modern, and had all the amenities. Bathroom was big and luxurious and finally the breakfast buffet was incredible. In China, the staff do not smile as much as those in Japan but get used to it. To get to this airport hotel, i had to find the #1 gate on the 4F walk down a long corridor and then turn left. Look for VIP signs. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the price was only like $78 Canadian for one night which is a lot for their standards. Highly recommended. It was a one night layover so I went downtown but the last train back was 10pm. I didn't know that from using AMap, the maps program in China, and missed it. It cost me $30. I had to negotiate with the driver who first suggested 200 RMB ($40). He then lowered it to 180, 160 but I said 130 and then he said 150 because he had to pay a 20 rmb toll. I used alipay and paid it. I guess i forgot to tip. Nice hotel overall. Only a few people ate the breakfast buffet at 5:45am.
