Kew Green Hotel Jiazuo Fortune Zhongyuan

Had a bad experience. The room facilities are very outdated and the room itself is small. The front desk staff were unprofessional. For the same price in Jiaozuo, there are many better hotel options. This hotel only has a good location going for it. Not recommended.

The hotel is located opposite Wangfujing, right in the city center. It is quite luxurious and the service is very good. There are welcome fruits upon check-in and free midnight snacks. In short, it is very good.

The environment is neat and clean, the facilities are complete, and the rooms are warmly decorated. There is both ground-level parking and an underground garage. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The service is friendly and goes all out to help guests with any problems.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was amazing! The service was especially outstanding. Upon arrival, fruit and snacks were delivered to the room. They also provided free laundry, shoe polishing, and two complimentary gourmet meals. The breakfast was plentiful, and the waiter proactively guided us to the restaurant. After our meal, the waiter even helped us press the elevator. After we checked out, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. The driver warmly greeted us with a "bon voyage!" It was truly heartwarming! This hotel was an incredible value for money. The amenities and services were fantastic! The comprehensive service was exceptional!

I went out with friends and found that this hotel had newly added audio-visual rooms. I decided to try it out. It comes with VIP access and no ads. The huge screen is perfect for watching movies and TV series. The room is clean and tidy, and the viewing equipment is very good. I felt safe and comfortable staying there. When I checked in, they gave me a welcome fruit and a simple meal. It felt like home. The stay was very good. I would stay in this room type again next time. [Strong]
