Grand New Century Hotel Nanhu Jiaxing

The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Service is prompt, and the staff are always smiling, warm, and polite, making you feel right at home. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety, and the restaurant on the top floor offers great views. This isn't my first time here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just three tram stops from Jiaxing Station. Right across the street are the Catholic Church and Zicheng Relic Park. Moon River is about 1.5 kilometers north, easily reachable on foot or by taking bus routes 18 or You 1 from directly opposite the hotel. Getting to Nanhu Lake is also convenient; just hop on bus 81 or You 8 downstairs. The hotel service is very good, with a generous welcome fruit platter and prompt water delivery. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. However, for a hotel of this size, there's no concierge service; luggage storage is simply handled at the front desk. I particularly want to commend the hotel's breakfast, served on the 25th-floor revolving restaurant. The food is incredibly diverse, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Near Bingshan Park, there's a Wu Fang Zhai flagship store where you can order freshly wrapped and cooked wontons, as well as clay pot noodles, all about a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

I checked in towards the end of the holiday, so it wasn't crowded at all. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel room was fantastic, and all the facilities were comfortable and easy to use. The cleanliness was top-notch, neat and tidy, making for a very pleasant stay. The service was also great, and the surrounding area is beautiful.

The Kaifeng Diamond Hotel in Jiaxing is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. With the rain pattering outside, staying in the hotel, drinking tea, and relaxing felt so peaceful and really gave me that 'slow living' vibe. The front desk staff, especially III, provided really thoughtful service. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Staying here on a rainy day was incredibly therapeutic – highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were very new. The front desk staff, BB, was warm and attentive, and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. Breakfast was rich, with Jiaxing's special zongzi. The transportation is convenient, close to Nanhu and Yuehe, the value for money is super high, and I am very satisfied with my stay!

The hotel's location is fantastic! Right across the street is a church, perfect for photos. It's also about a 20-minute walk to the Moon River Ancient Town, and there's a delicious Xi Xi Street Shaomai spot nearby. The place is very clean, and they upgraded my room, which was super spacious with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were all lovely, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. Overall, it was a wonderful stay – highly recommend!

The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's very convenient to walk to Moon River, which is beautiful for an evening stroll.

The location is excellent, right by Zicheng and not far from Nanhu Lake. There are shuttle buses available to Xitang and Wuzhen. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. I particularly want to commend their breakfast, served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering panoramic views of the entire city. The lamb chop noodles at breakfast were a real bargain, and the pan-fried buns were surprisingly delicious!

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are well-maintained. I particularly loved the location – it's convenient for getting anywhere. The service from the floor staff and in the restaurant was satisfactory. My only gripes are that you have to go outside and walk around from the underground parking to the front desk, which is inconvenient with luggage, and I'd suggest adding safes in the rooms. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
